We are seeking a Sales Assistant who will provide administrative support for a team of five Account Executives and Local Sales Manager. Other responsibilities include entering orders in broadcast traffic system, coordinating administrative support for sales staff, contacting clients/agencies regarding make goods, and billing discrepancies. This individual will need to have the ability to handle multiple duties, prioritize, and assist Account Executives in processing and clearing sales orders.
The most qualified candidate should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years experience, broadcast sales preferred.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• The ability to meet multiple deadlines.
